It is spring break week, maybe they took a vacation to b w their families. Or some kind of other emergency may have come up. Regardless, I have never had to problem w them as they have always gone above and beyond. I wouldn't stress about it. Sucks to not have parts u ordered thou

Maybe there's a reason why they aren't returning emails this week?

recently ordered adj Panhead bar, Lower control arms and relocation brackets. Shipped quick and Founders has great prices tho.

I wouldn't be surprised if Spring break has anything to do with emails and calls, half the people I work with are on Vaca too

I've got their STB and SFC. They were on my doorstep three days after placing my order, and that was without rushed shipping. They also sent confirmation emails. For the quality and price, I'd be willing to cut them quite a bit of slack anyway. I'll definitely be buying from them again.

I got a call from them today. I had ordered some stuff on the 8th, and by the 15th it had not shipped. I left a couple voicemails, and then got the shipping conformation the other day.

They called, were very sorry for the delay in getting back to me. They were swapmed with orders, and were short staffed.

All is good on my end!

Makes sense. Everyone wants their mods right before the car season begins

I was going to order their panhard rod (rod/poly) until I saw this thread. I went and ordered a UMI panhard rod from Ws6store.

If there is one place with great customer service, it's the ws6store!

They had parts to me in two days! And that was with there free shipping.

Most of their prices are half of others for basically a copy.. I wouldn't hesitate putting it on my car.

Buddy just bought their lca, relocations, and panhard.. All adjustable roto.. Real nice looking pieces and only around 200$ iirc.
