Thumbs down Founders suspension won't answer phone calls/emails

Anyone else having issues with founders? A friend of mine ordered some parts from them and has called em several times(7 times since Monday ) with no answer and no email confirmation of his order from this Monday. That's pretty ridiculous to me. Any advice on how to reach them? He's about fed up and can't even cancel his order if be wanted to.

I ordered something this week and received confirmation that they got the order but when I check it online it says awaiting fufillment. I did email them yesterday but I have not tried calling and it has only been a day so I am not going to jump the gun yet. I will give it a few more days. The only thing I don't like is that if the parts are on backorder then it should be listed.

Bump for this -- sounds like I might need to hold off on purchasing LCA's until this is resolved.

I sent them a pm earlier this week about it, no reply either to it. I feel bummed its happening to a friend by a sponsor that I showed him. I won't be ordering from them either if its not resolved.

I have ordered all my suspension through Founders and have been very pleased with quality/customer service. I have called with questions in the past and left voice mails, and they always returned my calls the same day.

Not sure what is going on currently but all my parts were purchased/shipped in the past 3 weeks without issue.

I just recieved my Founders SFC(nice by the way) on wednesday after ordering them a week prior. I did send them an email asking a question, but it was never responded to. It would have been nice to get an answer, but oh well I spose...I have almost all of their parts and the quality to cost value is unreal.

I ordered some parts recently and since it was Tax season they are just getting hit with a lot of purchases. My wait was the powder coating on the Panhard Relocation. I called a few times and eventually got through. Email took a little while to get through. The parts will come.

Are you kidding me? Yeah, it's a little unsettling but it's not common by any means. Any time I've ever called they've always answered. Have you seen their prices? They don't have many employees at all. They're busy shipping orders and finalizing more front suspension components and getting ready to break out their torque arm.

Chill out. You're not going to get screwed here.

Just got an email back from them, only been one day so that was a pretty decent response time. They said they were waiting for more powder and my parts would ship Monday at the latest. Thats all I needed to hear, I am fine with that!

I'm not freaking, my pal is, for the simple fact that he doesn't know if his order even went through. If it didnt he will reorder, but doesn't want 2 of the same parts. Ill tell him to chill and see where that goes. Didnt start the thread with the intent of bashing, just curious if its common not to hear from them at all and still get your stuff.

Ordered a PHB and STB monday and received it on Thursday PM. I also received emails that the order was placed/filled and another about the shipping information.

Why doesn't he check the account he used to purchase to see if the card has been charged. If not, re-order them. Mine was charged the next day when I looked at it.
