You will definitely need to have the rotor drilled for proper bolt pattern. Take a stock rotor and the cobra rotor, compare the inner diameter to see if it will clear the hub. Also compare height of the rotor from the mounting surface on the hub to the front and back faces of the friction surface to understand where the friction surface of the rotor will sit. Too far out and your caliper can rub the wheel, too far in and you may have no room for a caliper adapter mount. You may be able to have a caliper adapter fabricated if the rotor doesn't get in the way.
With that being said, it won't be a direct fit and unless you have fabrication skills, tools and materials, which I'm assuming you don't, you would be much better off buying a ctsv setup than having a set of one off brackets made.
