Default questions on lowering my 2002 V6 firebird

Im wanting to lower my 2002 Firebird with Eibach lowering springs, however I have a friend who used the same ones on his TA, and now he has run into replacing tires on the front once every 6 months. i wanna lower mine, but i dont want that problem. Are there any products I can use to avoid this? someone recommended casters ( i think thats what they were called) but could only find them for 82-92. Any help would be appreciated!

All your friend needed was an alignment. One alignment much cheaper than multiple sets of tires

Search on keyword "alignment". Lots of recent threads with info that will answer your question.

Yeah every time you change something big like that on suspension you need an alignment. Simply the act of lowering the car an inch or so won't destroy tires if you get it aligned properly afterwards.

Let me guess, the inner parts of the tire were getting chewed up?

A proper alignment and not driving like a ***** head will make your tires last a long time, not to mention rotating them

You will also need an adjustable panhard bar.
