its the middle part of a endlink for your sway bar.

check all and replace both sides.

This is what an endlink looks like. Op's picture looks nothing like an endlink, not even a busted endlink. Op, do you have any clues that would help us out? Like when, where, or is your car driving any different since you found this?

Wife was pulling onto our street, hit a bump and heard this part coming thru front end area and seen it in rear view. That's all I know at moment.

so certain...yet so wrong.

I stole this pic from blue2002ss



it is the center of a factory endlink, it's not rare for them to break. I would pick up 4 new ones at the local parts store and replace them all.

yeah hahah they're really crappy looking pieces, bushings are usually mangled and they almost always snap in half when you try to remove them

NO, that's what an Energy Suspension endlink looks like. The picture that the OP posted looks like a piece from an OE endlink
