Yes I don't know why you'd want to go 40+ psi for daily driving and it will increase your oversteer. I would think that 30-35 is probably a good range for daily driving.

Toe out will definately make the car darty. I have mine set around zero (on purpose) and you definately have to chase the car around more on the highway.

I did not like poly LCA's. The feeling when conering hard did not make me happy.

It is scary. There's this one place on the highway that has a slight diagonal cut in the lane, whenever I go across it - the TA sort of "skips" over it ... and I have to hang on to the wheel ... it's a bit disconcerting. My plan of action is to get my moog rubber bushings in the stock control arms and then deal with the alignment.... not necessarily in that order.

Good luck with the fix. If you find a good alignment shop in the area, please be sure to post your results. I'm looking for one as well (in the greater Atlanta area).

Sure will. You may know the spot that I'm talking about. If you're headed north on 75 and you pass by the windy hill exit in the R lane (staying on 75), my front end always "skips" over a spot right there.

Pressed in my Moog LCA bushings in my stock rear LCAs last night.... and installed them as well. Driving it on the highway was night and day difference than before. Now I feel that I can bump up the air pressure on the rear tires. Before with the poly LCAs, I had to keep the tires at 30 just because it was the only thing articulating back there.
