BMR + Bilstein HD's
First off big ups to BMR, Bilstein, and UMI. Also a huge thanks to Mike @ Ws6store for getting me all of this. I would recommend this setup to anyone looking for a good bang for buck. Springs gave me a good low look and the shocks keep everything in control. It is NOT harsh or bouncy. Rides about like a C5 Z06. I do have longtubes and TSP trueduals. Being aware of road obstacles and I don't scrape (I'm 6'2" 232lbs). Found that a passenger over 150 and it starts to hit normal bumps in the road. For anyone confused by installing the lower spring perch on the Bilsteins, a rubber mallet will get it off the stockers and it will just slide on the new stuff. I don't have many pics as of right now but I'll update when I get some.
Total Mod list for those interested:
BMR Springs
Bilstein HD's all the way around
C5 Deep Dished Rims 17x9.5 front 18x10.5 rear with 315's
UMI Adj. Panhard Rod
UMI LCA's
UMI LCA relocation brackets
Fenders are Rolled and I did BFM mod for rear
TSP Trueduals

The car looks goods! We appreciate you choosing BMR for your lowering springs and if there is anything else we can help you out with in the future let us know.

I have konis with stock brings right now (lower perch up front, heater hose in the back). I have BMR springs on the shelf and the only reason I'm not installing them is because of ground clearance.
Someone make a tight tucking y-pipe please! lol

I don't as of now. I lowered the car, and did a bolt check the next morning. Cleared South Carolina in it to go to the beach, and then came home. Only scraped twice on some very bad rail road crossings. If I had to take a visual guess its a hair under an inch from the turn downs to the ground. However it only scrapes the actual mufflers. When they were installed I let some friends do it while I was working. I believe they could have done a better job at placement of them. Shocks are what save it. I can imagine (having driven friend's cars with springs and budget shocks), that a stock or parts store shock wouldnt rebound well enough to save the scrape. My buddy has a prokit on his SS and it looks a tad lower than mine. He has longtubes with a hooker y and catback. That car NEVER scrapes unless he is just being stupid over speed bumps and going from pavement to dirt. I can go out and get a measurement tomorrow though. Pretty much if you run full exhaust, you will be ok if you keep an open mind to road conditions and environment. Also, I've taken it down the track with this setup and had 0 issues with scraping, sparks, rubbing, ect.

Yeah, people lie about trueduals and how they have clearance and blah blah blah. There is more adjustment room to get them up to about 1.5 inches, but the torque arm will pretty much hit them every time the suspension is on a light load. So its a sacrifice thing. However, I lowered the car with no intentions on keeping the TD's. They get me by for now but my current build won't have need for headers or Xpipe.

Right now with Koni's on the lower perch with stock springs I am feeling every pebble, bump, seam, and bump on the roads.... (Brand new Michelin Pilot Super Sport tires)
I can't stand it. I'm disgusted every time I drive the car.
