Default Suspension question for a bolt on car.

The suspension on car is all stock with 116k miles on it.

Looking to upgrade almost all suspension components.
Starting from rear with LCA,PHB, torque arm and sfc.

No real plans of upgrading the rear end, or custom wheels or anything like that.

Is there any benefit of going with adjustable components vs non adjustable?

i would go with good shocks and springs first, change the ride dramatically with just those components, i drove my bolt on car like that for a while and about a year aftermy head cam swap... then again i drive a slow ol lt1 haha

Adjustable allows you to fine tune your suspension, especially for instance if you have bigger wheels on the back it is necessary. Adjustable torque arm allows you to find what pinion angle works best for you.

For a V6 I would go Bilstein shocks, SS or Strano sways, STB, and if you love handling, a Fays2 Watts Link (adjustable and much better than a PHB). I kept the stock LCAs and put in 1LE/Moog solid rubber bushings. I also did SFCs, which make a HUGE difference on a convertible, and still noticeable on a coupe.
