Edlebrock torque arm.
My friend and I went to ramchargers and they have a torque arm there for $169 made by edlebrock, looks like a solid piece. Does anyone have one of these? Would it be worth it?
it's non-adjustable

I actaully bought one from Summit and sent it back once I got it, it looked good and would handle my current application. But I think once I added some more tq and hp the bolt holes would tear out.

I love mine. Good solid piece. I would have to agree with 2w0s060 though, it probably won't stand up to massive amounts of torque. But really all depends on the amount of power you are going to apply to it. It is certainly better than stock and for an awesome price too.

I agree the edelbrake is great for the price, but it will be easily seen why the BMR is more expensive. Thicker mounting plates, heavier gage steel etc

Maybe this is a stupid question (if so, feel free to tell me) but what is the advantage of an adjustable torque arm? If you buy the $169 Edelbrock unit, at what point would you say "damn, I wish I could adjust the pinion angle?"
Is it only needed if you lower the car?
