My flushed and stanced 00 TA on BBS'
I finally got around to installing my Intrax lowering springs with the KYB excel-g shocks. my widow-maker spring compressors were a huge pita to use on the front shocks... I fought with that thing for hours. plus, the fact that I installed the top hats 180* out further stuck in my craw. the rears were like baby-time frolic going in so that made up for the front difficulty.
when I took the car off the jack stands, it was so low that I literally couldn't get the jack out from under the cradle. I yanked on the jack and the car settled another 1". it was so low that I had to push the bumper corner up and in to get the jack out from under the car. the rear diff had clearance under it to get the jack out but the bumper made it hard to get past too.
the front airdam is no more than 3" off the ground, same for my BMR trans mount/TA relocation bracket. it now drags over some speed bumps...
my front tires don't rub. my rears only rub on the pass side. still trying to decide if I want to do a new panhard or save up for a watts link. ill just live with the rubbing for now. btw, I did a full roll and pull on the rear fenders as much as I could. so these wheels are about as flushed out as I can get without the fenders actually landing on the tread blocks. the rolled fender barely grazes the sidewall of the tire as it sits, on the stock pan hard.
the car handles amazingly despite the crappy panhard business
PS: I was only half kidding about my "flushed stance". this is what I call white-man flush, not the import flush where the wheels are sticking out past the car and crooked. and if you don't like it, that's cool too. that just means the Trollzam is living up to its name...

Thanks for the feedback.
A lot more positive input than I expected. Haha.
The yokohama advans have wider sidewalls. So the section width is deceiving. When they wear out, I'm going to switch over to running scrubs from the continental race tire series. I still have some old r888 scrubs to use up also. 305/30/18.
They car doesn't bottom out on normal driving. I did hit some crazy bumps at 80ish doing some night runs and it def bottomed out there. But I didnt hear any scraping.
But either way, low is a lifestyle! Haha.
My neighbor Does professional photography. I migh be able to set up something with him... I just need to clean the damn car again... White wheels are great, turn heads and get tons o compliments but they suck to keep clean.
