Default What would cause my right rear fender to be 1.5 inch lower than the right side....?

I put equal sized metal spacers on the rear spring hats, then put my springs onto the spacers. They fit like factory pieces. But the damn right rear is lower.

Maybe the plastic piece that goes on top of the spring is all out of place......?

Been this way since we out the spacers on, but car has been sitting a long time, just started recognizing it again every time I walk up to the car....lol

Pretty much every 4th gen is like that, you could do an isolator and 5/8 hose on the right and just a 5/8 hose on the left, that's what I did.

Has the car ever been in an accident?

You should also check the spring perches on the rear axle and make sure they are both at the same angle.

I had to have the rear end rebuilt and when they installed one of the axles, the spring perches were at different angles, giving my car a different height on each side...

EDIT: This was on my previous 1998 Z28

The car has been even on both sides for 10 years with these springs. It's all of a sudden like this........
Never in an accident. The springs are both sitting in place on the perches, the isolators on top of each spring are in place too.

Not this one...it's been perfectly even with the same exact set up for 10+ years.
