Default torque arm nut fell off

So as the title states, lost the nut to one of my torque arm bolts. Im curious whats the best way to prevent this from happening. Locktite? Just dont want this to happen a lot. I was checking it every couple weeks. But its hard to get under there a lot. Had a lumbar fusion a few years ago and my body doesnt like laying on the concrete.

Stock arm or aftermarket?

If it is torqued properly it shouldn't be coming loose.

I have personal seen this happen before and to keep this from happening I would throw some red Loctite on the nut before you tighten it down.
