Default sanding down powder coated SFCs ?

Got my SLP weld in SFCs powder coated semi-gloss black.

OKay, these may be stupid questions but here I go:

Do I need to sand down the areas where it will be welded?
Do I sand down the top, bottom and sides of those areas?

I can't think of any other questions for now so just give me some pointers if you got any

You need to sand anywhere you are going to weld. Then use POR 15 or epoxy paint over the welds when you are done.

OK will do. I'm not exactly sure where it gets welded. Is it in all the thin flat parts with what looks like bolt holes?

Yup. Just weld around the "tabs" and along the pinch weld under the door. I also welded the center supports to the bracket under my car instead of relying on the bolts to hold them in (that way, if you remove the bolts, you don't need a jack to get them back up there if the car is sitting crooked)
