Default Caster Bushing Instaled Height

I'm doing my konis and bmr springs along with a full suspension rebuild. My question is about the front lower rear bushing or the caster bushings. I just read they can be pressed in too far causing problems. We'll I already pressed them out and have no idea how far to press them back in.

Anyone know how far the bushing or just the metal sleeve should protrude out the top.

The new bushing does not have a "step" on the outer shell?

From what I read if the moog bushings are pushed in to the stop, it can cause the LCA to hit the kmember at droop or inability to even line the holes up on reassembly.
