Default rear end?

can the rear end be swapped from a car without traction control to a car with traction control?will the traction control still work after the swap?thanks

I believe not .a rear without TC is a 3 channel rear ,a 4 channel rear is meant to work with TC .you can swap a 4 channel rear to a 3 channel car and tune it .

neither swap will work,you cannot 'tune' either system.
putting/installing the 4 channel axles and backing plates will make the 3 channel rear a 4 channel.

thanks bud.that's the details I need.the housing and carrier is the same but axles and backing plates are different.

Yep, as said above take the axles, backing plates and sensors from the 4 channel rear and just swap them over into the 3 channel rear and you are set to go. Keep the 3 channel abs sensor in the top of the rear to plug the hole.
