Default Cutting Sub-Frames

I currently have the Bmr Boxed Sub frames, and i was told that my torque thrust alignment was off a couple of degrees. Am i able to cut these off have my torque thrust alignment fixed and then re-weld these back on? Or would i need to purchase a new pair?

Thanks
Ryan

Do not cut them, get a second measurement from
a more reliable shop. How do you expect the thrust
alignment to have "stepped off" when it's all hard,
nonadjustable linkage and welded mounts? Getting
a thrust alignment on a RWD car is in my opinion a
hoax unless you bent something. If it ain't bent, you
are being lied to most likely. Unscrupulous tire shops
like to sell this kind of "service" to the unsuspecting.
And if they do "service" it (by which they would have
to cut factory link mounts and "fix it") you've got no
guarantee that it will be done right.

You would get off cheaper buying adjustable LCAs
and not have to cut "boo". I bet they didn't offer
you that bit of info either.
