Power Streeing Pump issue

Power Streeing Pump issue So I changed my power steering pump do to a leak which was soaking my alternator and the new pump is wining like crazy. I bleed the system following the Chilton manual except for lifting the front tires off the ground. I not getting any more air out the system however I guess there is still air in there. What else do I need to do that I apparently did not? Are did I get a bad pump?

the stock pump is notorious for leaking from the top cover...soaking the alt.
next time go with a turn one ps pump...expensive but quiet.
i bled mine with the wheels off the ground and the noise went away gradually...it took a long time...like 40 cranks each side.

I will be getting one this winter from Alan Blaine but I did not run one this spring/summer. Everything seemed to be fine once the PS fluid leveled out. I think I put 20 events on this pump this summer.
