Had rear shocks installed. Most noises from the rear are gone. The subframe connectors made the car stiffer but the shocks had to work harder and couldn't handle it. The new bilstein shocks plus subframe connectors make a huge difference.

The subframe's were the 1st thing I did with the strut bar. Do yourself a favor as Jimmyblue said and keep everything lubed good. I changed front and rear sway bars and used marine grease and good lithium spray grease every time I'm under the car and I have no squeeks. But I did in the beginning.
I have the LM1 and where it Y's and would rest in that thin metal brace, I used a piece of hose from work(split) with spark plug wire covers over that (resist heat) and it stopped all rattles from the exhaust. I have the Bilstein shocks also and when they wear out another set will follow.
