Took the torque arm off when I dropped the tranny to change the clutch. Don't think I need to do that but lesson learned anyways the bottom bolts line up but the top don't been at this for a day how do I get the top bolts to line up?

Ok, so if I understand correct you can't lift the front of the torque arm high enough to (angle) to align the bolt holes?
This of course is caused by the springs being located behind the centerline of the axle cause the pinion to point upwards.
I would jack the diff up slightly (where the shocks are not acting as a limiting strap).
Remove the shock from the rear end.
Lower the rear end down to the point where you have zero (or near zero) spring pressure on the rear end.
Attach your torque arm.
Begin lifting the rear back into place.
You will still have the arm trying to go up towards the top of the trans tunnel, but now you have a leverage advantage by being able to use the torque arm to help rotate the axle about its centerline.
Once you can attach your front mount point of the torque arm, do so.
Re-attach your shock to the rear end.
