Default Adjustable torque arm install questions

I noticed that there is some slop where the back of the torque arm bolts to the diff housing bracket. I was wondering if this is normal, it seems like this would lead to a clunking sound while hitting bumps. Is this ok, or should I try to fill the gap with a washer to snug things up?

Here are some pictures of what where I'm talking about:

Thanks

No that space is there so there can be articulation in the roto joint. It's fine.

Ok thanks, I just thought it seemed a little too sloppy.

Does anyone know the torque specs for the two long bolts in the rear that connect the bracket to the rear end housing?

97 ft lbs.

If you are using the stock bolts w/ the aftermarket arm remove the washers from the top and use red loctite on the nuts. The bolts aren't long enough to use with the washers on the top. Without them the nuts will be flush with the end of the bolt.

Do you just go without washers, or get thinner ones?
