Question How much of a diference in Drag brakes to factory @ the track???

I like to know how was the experience of people who upgrade from factory Ls brakes to any drag brakes like Wilwood, strange,Bear etc in brake performance at the track. I spect to run in the high 9s with a turbo set up. If i stay with the factory brakes with new rotors and hank pads. Can i be safe in the braking side??

Yep, put ATE fluid in the car and a Hawk DTC 30 pad.

That combo can handle slowing you down from 150 mph without any trouble or fade.

I've run the same pads & fluid on stock blank rotors for 5 thirty-minute sessions at Road Atlanta on a 98* summer day and didn't have any issue with brake fade. Speeds on the back straight are right in line with what you would see in a 9 second quarter mile.
