Hydraulic Steering?
Hydraulic Steering? Ok, so Im about to dive in on the fabbing of my turbo kit and due to the steering shaft issue im prediciting, was curious to know if anyone knows, seen, or heard of using a hydraulic or hydro/electric steering setup. Like all the newer cars are running.

SW forward facing headers ( They are actually the 3rd gen flipped over so they are low and forward)

Im using a burkhart steering column and manual rack.

I can already see an issue with clearance. The stock shaft isnt even close to working. I think even using a flaming river kit will be difficult to make work.

I like my headers and dont want get rid of them so thats not an option.
