I believe I spent $45 on mine and it seemed to tighten things up a bit however nothing worth "writing home about".

My $.02: From a handling standpoint, the best dollars you can spend would first be on shocks and then on sway bars.

^i assume you had to drill holes at the cowl for the two attachment points?

Any issues with those screws ripping out or anything?

What about the windshield cracking from the loads applied to the cowl?

None whatsoever. The only tricky part was getting the holes in the cowl located properly, so I didn't wind up with giant "slots" instead of holes.

I live in western New York, where the winters can be brutal, leaving the roads pretty rough. So far, thank God, my windshield is still intact.
