traction problems

traction problems both times i have been to the track, i have not been able to hook at all...
i have a set of bad z's LCA and an air bag and thats the only suspension ... i have tried running mt et streets 26" 11.5" on 16" rims and hoosiers 26" 10.0" on 15" rims and set my tire pressures at 12,13,14
what can i get to make me hook up?? relocation brackets , rear sway bar, phb?? thanks for the help!!
