SLP/bilstein shocks
Hawks 3rd gen parts AND WS6 Store both have a set of rear Belstein shocks for sale. 3rd gen calls them level II shocks and ws6 store calls them HD shocks. Is there a difference in the two? They have the same part number. If there isn't a difference, I'll g with the one closer to my house since I really need them ASAP!
Links to the two: Thanks!

Or, what are recommended? I have a Ford 9" with a 1.25" drop with adjustable LCA, TA, panhard bar. Is there a difference between the two? I mainly drag race so I want the shocks that bite the track best.

I think Level II are the shocks built by Bilstein and valved to SLP specifications for SLP/Eibach spring rates... and Bilstein HD are valved for a wider range of possible spring rates.
I am not sure on that though. Anyone, feel free to correct me.

Now on the other hand Bilstein does offer a rear sport shock for the 82-92 Camaro/firebird, which can be used on a 93-02. Yes it is a slightly different shock, and it does have a different part # (24-225397 F4-B46-1021-H0), but I couldn't tell you 100% that it (B8 Sport) has the same or almost identical valving as(B6 Heavy Duty) #24-024075 F4-BE5-2407-H0. Sam Strano has also commented on this topic before and I would not consider his opinion just hearsay. IMO, do some research (not just a few hours) and see if you can find any conclusive evidence that there's a clearly noticeable difference,or not in the valving now. We all know there was a clear difference years ago, but now the consensus says otherwise.
