Cutting ONE spring

I feel kind of silly for asking this as I'd usually never consider cutting springs but this is driving me crazy now. My Passenger side rear wheel gap is about 1" more than the other side, car looks crooked from the back. From what I've asked and read, there's really no way to fix this besides cutting the spring I guess. How bad would this throw off the physics and spring rate? Will my ride suffer big time?

Cutting it that much, yes. There also is a problem that isn't getting fixed. This could lead to more issues down the road, and probably is affecting the handling now.

Well , it has bilstein shocks and dms springs, before I changed this the car was still un even. I know a lot of people report the drivers side being higher but it evens out when they are in it. I've only changed the panhard bar other than the shocks and springs, what else could it possibly be?
