Need help with BMR lower A arms
Alright so I'm assembling my BMR K member to the lowers but I cannot get the outer rod end to spin to have the correct angle or lenght to set it in the k member. The other side spun just fine thought the other is giving me a hard time, it's almost as if has seized up or was cross threaded. The locking nut is loose and away from the A arm. I don't want to snap the rod end but it turns very slowly when applying extreme pressure. So far I have it soaked in PB blaster to hopefully loosen it up.
Has this happened to anyone? Any possible remedies?

How old is the arm? When these are originally assembled the threads receive a generous coating of anti-seize lubricant. Can you un-thread the end from the end and get a picture of the condition of the threads on the rod end and the inside of the arm? It is possible to run a tap in the arm and a die over the rod end to clean up the threads.

Sorry for the late reply but I can't unthread it as the rod end is stuck in the A arm. The part is maybe 3 months if that, the other side I can unscrew with ease and tight down. The other side seems to be stuck and will not turn no matter what I do. This is the only part that's holding me back from assembling my car back together and it's a real pain .
