Default panhard/track bar mount

Anyone have an issue with the track bar mount that mounts to the body on the right? Mine seems to be wallowed out a little at the bolt hole. I'd like to weld some reinforcement plates on both sides, but the front is already really close to the spring and hard to get a tool on. Plus, idk how to weld lol. Any ideas?

Are you sure the bolt is the right size?

It's the factory bolt. Mic'd it and came up with some measurements. I'll post them once I find them...

Is this on a stock panhard bar or an aftermarket?

Rod end bushing ID = .560"

Factory track bar bolt OD = .545"~.549"

That leaves up to 15 thousandths play.

@ mad_steve, it's a Spohn piece...

You mean the hole has enlarged...?

This is a sign that the bolt was not sufficiently tightened.
