Default Coil overs vs standard shock/spring set up (sponsors help)

Im taking a swing at getting the bolt on 6 speed record this season. I have been stocking parts over the winter as off now I have umi sfcs, umi lca's with rod ends, umi phb with rod ends, umi tunnel mounted torque arm and umi drag bar. All of which are adjustable. Now I am moving on to complete my front suspension, and was looking at umi's stage 5 front end kit. My question is, are coil overs worth it over a stock spring/shock set up? What are the weight savings and what benefits do they have over just adjustable shocks and obviously ride height? Would coil overs make that much of a difference in 60'? I dont mind putting coil overs all the way around if theyre worth it but I dont mind saving money either. Right now I have koni stranos all the way arond.
