Advice
There are a ton of parts out there for specific purposes, many of which will hurt one aspect while helping another. The worst thing you can do is just buy a bunch of random parts, the car will then do nothing well as the parts will be counteracting each other.

There's not a wrong or right answer you can get from choosing from any of these vendors, they all have their specific parts made for certain applications, like for spirited driving, track, autocross, or quarter mile. A lot of it narrows down to what you want to accomplish with your car all said and done. If you're going for good handling, then you probably wouldn't want to buy and spend your money on a drag oriented setup or vice versa. If you're looking to freshen up everything a bit a set of new bushings and some aftermarket goodies isn't a bad way to go either.

As the others have said, it's important to know as many details about the goals for the vehicle as possible. If you want to make a street/strip car I would use different parts than if you wanted an Auto-X car that's rarely driven on the street.
What's the main focus? By street/track do you mean Friday night test and tune at the 1/4 mile or local SCCA events? If you want it to hook better off the line and retain friendly street characteristics we would use a more mild set up with lower control arms and relocation brackets to start. If you want to dump the clutch at 6k and hook we would go wild and skip right over mild!
