? about comp engineering 3 way rear shocks

Default ? about comp engineering 3 way rear shocks
I have a set that was on my car when I first got it but have never used them. The question I have is when I push them in to adjust them they don't extend back out on thier own is that normal?

yes, they are not gas charged shocks

Normal. They are oil filled not gas filled.
