caliper mounting bracket question 
Ok, new pad/rotor install and 1st time doing brakes. Caliper is tight over pads and piston is compressed all the way. I'm thinking the trouble is in these "floating" bolts on the bracket. The top one moves in and out freely, the bottom I can't budge at all. Pics. Attached for refference.

After a day of soaking in WD40 and brake cleaner, I got it loose. They did not have just the bracket at the local parts joint so I nothing else to do but screw with it. They did have extra bolts so I grabbed some as I chewed the hell out of the stuck one. Thanks for all the help gang.. 1 other thing i found when at the parts joint, a complete caliper and mount for 2002 TA was $55 after core swap. A C5 complete front was only $30.... Kind of blew my hair back
