Default Front end rebuild

I finally finished installing new moog bushings and ball joints on the upper and lower a arms for my SS. While I had everything apart I powder coated them and took the brakes off my formula which I coated and rebuilt over 10 years ago (only have about 30,000 miles on them) and put them on the SS since they were already hugger orange. The rotors I went ahead and coated since the zinc was starting to look like crap. I really like how it came out and now I just have to have the outer tie rods removed and replaced with the moogs I purchased since I couldn't get them to budge

The calipers were butchered by the previous owner.

Looks good, its a lot of work. i just did the same thing myself. How did you prep the a-arms to get them smooth and the rust off? media blast or just sanding?

Thanks guys and I powder coated them at work. I media blasted and did a ton of grinding to get them looking half descent.
