Question Torque for tie rod ends?

Whats is the torque required for the tie rod end? I have a 2001 Z28.

I couldn't find a manual for anything over 2000 in Autozone.

The Helms manual lists the slotted hex nut at 35lbs, with up to an additional 1/16 turn to get the cotter pin through, and 50lbs for the jam nut.
