Default Will this work

I bought a used mwc k-member. I wanted to install a pair of bmr lowered lower control arms. The issue is the sleeve for the lower control arm bushing is 2.4mm wider than the control arm mounting flanges. Could I machine the sleeve the 2.4 mm off the sleeve so it will fit between the mounting flanges on the k-member. Thanks

I would call BMR and MWC and get their opinions.

IMO you can mill/grind off the 2.4mm of the bushing sleeve no problem...
But you will also need to shave/sand off the same 2.4mm on the bushings so that they are not being pinched too tightly in the control arm mounting pocket creating bind.

You won't have any issue machining the inner sleeves down to fit the a-arm mount on the k-member. You may also have to machine the outer face a the bushings a little because you want to make sure the mounting load is all on that inner sleeve and not on the bushings.
