Default viking coilovers?

I have a 2000 z28 and i have qa1 single adjustable coilovers with 250 rate springs. I hate them i cant run a good setup for traction and drive it on the street its,way to soft. So im thinking by going to a double adjustable and a 300lb rate spring it might work a little better. Thoughts?

I've been happy with mine. 300lb fronts and 175lb rears. Great adjustability for various styles of driving.

I got mine through Midwest Chassis. At that time, they had the best price, and I'm pretty sure they price match. Hit them up. Great customer service and I received the product super fast.

We have had great luck on the 300lbs for street that also is used at the track, you can also bump up to 350 if it is even more street use.

We are one of Viking's largest dealers so let us know if we can help on pricing. We list the kits on our site. We also have a more race oriented kit that removes the upper rubber shock/spring mount. Check it out here- http://umiperformance.com/catalog/in...roducts_id=913

That kit gives you double bearing mounts too. Just another option. I hope that helps.

There's a good chance your QA1 shocks have issues to begin with, but the Viking Performance shocks have been awesome performers. We have had zero issues with quality and they do carry a great 2 year full warranty.

We have a lot of experience with the Viking shocks(as well as many others) and can give you the proper setup recommendation as well as any install tech you need.

MWC offers a full line of standard replacement shocks and we can do any configuration of upper and lower mounts to suit your needs and suspension setup.

I had a similar issue with my qa1's I ditched them and went to a Ridetech setup.

I read several threads on here, before making my decision and almost went Viking.

We would be happy to assist you on both! The bumper supports are almost as popular as the Viking shocks, but we have a great deal on all of it!
