Question 2000 Camaro Brakes Help!

I've been fight a brake issue for a bout a year now. Spongy brake and a intermittent Brake light. I originally thought it was Master cylinder, change it and it seemed to work fine for awhile then it came back, so then I changed Power booster. Same thing it seems to work then Red light and spongy pedal. I rebuilt both front calipers and replaced the master cylinder again.

I've replaced the MC 4 times now, just thinking that I was getting bad MC's.

I've apparently got air in my system that I can't seem to get out. When bleeding the brakes it will be clear on a few tries and then all of the Sudden air bubble will come out. I've bled brakes for years and this one is kicking my butt.

I'm thinking it has something to do with the the ABS system. I do have a Dana 60 in the rear so the 3 channel has been disconnected for a long time. The ABS light stays on, but not the RED Brake light until about a year ago.

Am I missing something? Any help would be appreciated.

Thanks,
