Default strano/koni/isolator question

Hey everyone just ordered the strano 3.5 package this morning and I got to thinking since I did the "heater hose mod" if I should buy the upper spring "isolators" that I removed to do the heater hose mod when I install the all new springs and shocks. I threw the old isolators away so I'd have to find some online....what will it hurt if I don't end up replacing the isolator? more wear and tear on the new shocks? any help would be appreciated...

I'd get the isolators back if it were me. I only have about an inch between my rear bumpstops and axle tube with Strano springs with the isloator at the top. Strano springs + heater hose mod = almost riding on the bumpstops which isn't the best. Sure would look slammed though!

remember when you are sitting in the car it will be just a bit lower than when no one is in the car. So I'd say get the proper isolators for a reasonable ride height with you or you and you S.O.

What size of heater hose is required for the Strano springs? I have the isolators still installed but I want to look into raising the back a little more to get a slight rake. I would prefer to do something like the heater hose mod versus a spacer.

I'm in the exact same position as you, but with BMR springs. My measurements are equal both front and rear, and I want to raise it about a 1/4" in the rear. BMR told me 5/8" hose is best and to put it on maybe the first half of the first full coil to get the most minimal lift. If you want more lift put more hose on

Wow! It's going to take that much hose? I thought the upper most coil would lift it. Hmmm. I'll send a quick message to Strano.
