Default Another steering wander issue

So I have a 97 Z28 that has some steering wander going on. pulls left, pulls right, pulls wherever it wants to go. It's not horrible, but it's annoying. And the steering has a real "heavy" feeling.

So for starters, I've put new shocks on (Koni STRTs), change Tie Rod Ends, flushed steering fluid, new sway bar end links. The wander happened with my new and old tires, (went from 245s to 275s) surprisingly it's better with the 275s. I've had two alignments in the last year.

No play on the wheels when on jacks. Power steering pump and everything else appears to be functioning properly.

Car is just under 100k for miles, and I have a strut tower brace on the way.

What are thoughts on things to check next? I haven't done the steering adjustment on shoebox yet either.

Maybe some beefier sway bars? Any recommendations appreciated!
