Default Very hard hitting right rear

The right rear of my car hits very hard. Seems like something is loose also. Had it looked at and was told everything was tight. I have bilstein shocks with stock springs. Any ideas what this could be? Thanks!

Bump stop still there in the right rear, also check left rear while you're at it
