Looking for a quick response outside tryna finish my lowering spring blistein shocks install but this bolt is holding up the process
Any ideas? 15mm socket.. isn't cutting it.. put a vice grip and clamp it through the bushing? Anything? I don't have a power drill I wish I did...any ideas thanks!!!

I had to cut the shock shaft just under the nut when I did mine. Used a hacksaw and cut about halfway through the threaded shaft. I then clamped on a vice and bent the top part of the shock shaft back and forth until it snapped off. You could also just cut all the way through too. Snapping it off was faster in my case. The shock is rendered useless after that but hey you at least get it off
Dry out the yellow foam thing that covers that part you have pictured. That's likely the cause of it rusting like that. Also this is where anti-seize comes into play with the new shock, it does wonders in the long run
*EDIT - try this first if you haven't. If the nut and threaded shaft are spinning together, clamp a vice onto the very top of the shaft and hold onto the vice to keep the shaft from spinning. Use an open end wrench on the nut and try to loosen it like that
