Is there anything special I need to do to flush my brake fluid with abs and tcs?

nope, bleed each caliper working your way from the farthest from the master cylinder, to the closest. So, right rear, left rear, right front, left front. And make sure the reservoir doesn't run dry.

Is it easier to just hook my mightyvac up to the bleeder and pull it through rather than pump and relase?
