As for the panhard question - I would first check to see if your left/right alignment is off. Park the car on a level surface, and use a plumb bob or something similar (heavy weight at the end of a string) and a ruler to measure the horizontal distance from the outside edge of your rear fender to the edge of your wheel's rim. Then measure the same distance on the other rear wheel, and compare the two measurements. If the difference is very small or zero, then there's no need for you to buy an adjustable panhard rod.
