Default What bushing for stock torque arm & BMR relocation crossmember?

As the title says, I am looking at the BMR torque arm relocation crossmember. At this point, I plan on running the stock torque arm - I just want to get it off the trans.

What bushing/mount would I need to order for the stock torque arm to mate up to the BMR crossmember?

I have the same bmr setup except I have a 4l60e. I set mine to a -2 pinion angle. It had a clunk when it made the 2-3 shift but once I swapped the stock 10 bolt for an S60 that went away. So there is something to be said about the 10 boly slop.
