Default Went to clean rear wheel speed sensor and found this

After cleaning it I thought I would look at all the other wires back there and here is what I found. My rear end often throws an ABS INOP light over bumps so that is why i went to clean the sensor. I am assuming these damaged wires are for ABS as well? Or is this for the fuel pump? Might explain why my car dives after 6600 rpm. Can anyone confirm? Orange is cut off completely. Green, purple and black/white stripe are damaged. God I bet it's been this way for a decade.

Thank you for any help you can provide.

Those are repairable. I've used heat shrinkable butt splices for that. Most autopart stores have them in the electrical isle. Pretty sure that is the fuel pump/fuel level plug. The one under it goes to the axle for ABS sensors - just follow the wires to know for sure. As far as the car diving at 6600 rpm I'm pretty sure that is the factory rev limiter max. It supposed to do that... I'm sure others will chime in to confirm or refute that.
