Default rear suspension tips

whats up guys, i went to the track a few weeks ago and im not totally up to speed on tuning suspension. I have Qa1 single adjustable rear shocks. Mid west chassis 9 inch, there anti roll bar and a BMR 160lb rear spring. The shocks are 4-5 clicks away from soft. the control are is in the middle of the 5 settings on the control arm brackets and also the front part of the tq arm is in the middle notch, -2 degree pinion angle...does anyone have any suggestion on settings? This is leaving at 3300rpm on the t brake. I can go more but first time out using the brake as you can see i let off then got back into it...didnt mean too.

pass was 10.20 at 138mph. 11.5 psi. 1.57 60 ft.

To me the rear didn't look bad. No squat or separation. Very composed. The front though looked a little soft. I would go up on rebound in the front and slow the front end coming up. It looks like it came up to fast and bobbled some. Try that and hit it again and let us see what it does

The front is a single adjustable and it is all the way stiff already...

What brand shocks? What springs do you have on the front?
