Default moog 60114 vs 60116 front spring

I emailed Moog and got the following response: 60114 is for the Z28 and 60116 is for the SS.

Technical spec was this:

60114:
spring rate = 290 lbs/inch
installed height = 10.00 inch
free height = 14.88 inches
load = 1436 lbs

60116:
spring rate = 290 lbs/inch
installed height = 10.00 inch
free height = 15.21 inch
load = 1534 lbs

I have a 2002 ss, buying new koni yellow/sport adj. front shocks (8241-1139).
Looking for a technical/engineering type answer why i would choose one of these over the other as a front spring choice. Car is summer daily driver, had level-1 bilstein suspension but rear springs sagged and were replaced with stock moog cc635 springs over strange s60 axle.

Front control arm bushings & ball joints & wheel hubs replaced, looking to restore ride quality like new. Front sway bar is 35mm.
Would the 60114 spring give a better less harsh ride on crappy roads?

If your front springs are not sagging then just keep them, they will be fine.
