Your numbers look completely normal. The car should sit roughly 26.5" all the way around when settled. The reason your rear dropped 2" is because it sat abnormally high stock. Most are around 27.5-27.75". Our project car was much the same way. it measured 28-1/2" stock, but went down to the same 26.5" with our springs
