Koni STR.t front/Koni Yellow rear

Nope.
Maybe the rear will react quicker than the front(because they are a more high end shock and likely have better low speed rebound), but thats just a guess.

I was actually just wondering this myself, as I believe I have at least one broken Koni Yellow front shock. I was just thinking of swapping to the STRT's up front and leaving the yellows on the back. How much is a Koni SA needing a rebuilt worth, on average?

FWIW, I've run rear Koni 3rd gens on full soft with Bilsteins on the front on two different cars. Yes the rears are faster acting both on compression and rebound than the Bilsteins. My guess is that the STRT's will be closer acting than that. So it should be a workable combo, IMO.
