Default bad vibration after new u joints

looking for advice the car was fine except for the u joints squealing so I installed new moog super duty u joints an now my car shakes at 65mph.. I screwed up I did not mark anything as far as the yoke to the driveshaft and driveshaft to the rear end.. so I pulled the driveshaft lastnight and I noticed the yoke end u joint moves very effortless an free but the other end that goes to the straps seems very stiff.. my 2 ideas are that stiff u joint is bad and replace it ?? or did I really screw up by not marking stuff when I removed it and now its out of balance? even though on all my vehicles I have never marked them when I removed the driveshaft. I haven't dealt with much driveline vibration issues so im looking for a little help on this one.

Moving to Suspension and Brakes.

Have you been able to get up to 70 or 75 to see if the vibration goes away?

^ That sounds a lot like a out-of-balance tire. Did you change any unsprung equipment at the same time? (wheels, tires, brakes, rotors, bearings, etc.)

I would expect driveline vibrations would not go away at speed.

I would make sure you did not over tighten the and distort the u-joints.
